Our certified medical interpreters have been trained intensively in the medical interpretation field. We only work with interpreters who are sensitive to the providers' and patients' needs. Our interpreters are language experts with fluent knowledge of the languages they interpret and they also understand different cultures and their implications.

The interpreters that we send are impartial, precise, accurate, and proactive. The interpreters keep personal opinions to themselves, project a professional image and have a pleasant attitude. Our interpreters follow the code of ethics for medical interpreters and maintain HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability Confidentiality and Accountability Act) regulations and confidentiality agreements.

Additionally, most of our interpreters take part of the Bridging the Gap program. This is a medical interpretation course that we offer every month, and is recognized nationwide. Our interpreters have the knowledge of the medical field and vocabulary of the languages they work in, and are always developing their skills through further training and workshops.
