Quality reviews at every stage

When completing a project, we ensure your project's success by performing a ‘final review' stage:

• A language expert oversees the discussion and implementation of final changes and suggestions posed by members of the editing and proofreading team.
• The project is independently checked by a quality-check expert — a separate entity, unfamiliar with the work history of the project so that his or her ability to judge the quality of the product objectively will not be compromised.
• The quality-check expert will review both the original product and the completed product thoroughly before facilitating a discussion regarding any prospective changes to the product.

For the position of quality-check expert, CPLI selects an individual we feel is best suited for the specific content of the project at hand, taking into account their academic history, socio-cultural background and work experience.
